Hanging of the Greens – St. Philip’s Episcopal Church

Posted on: December 24th, 2013 by Kathy King No Comments

Yesterday afternoon, parishoner volunteers met at St. Philip’s Episcopal to begin the “hanging of the greens” in preparation for Christmas Eve services. The preparations continued Monday morning with the delivery of the poinsettias. With the greenery, the special music, and the mysteries of the Incarnation, Christmas services will be very moving.

Enjoy the images! Merry Christmas!

Madi and Dustin!

Posted on: December 5th, 2013 by Kathy King No Comments

I was so excited to photograph Madi and Dustin’s wedding in Dallas on November 23rd. Madi was a beautiful bride, and she and Dustin are such a perfect couple. The ceremony and reception were held at the Filter Building at White Rock Lake, and although it was blustery day, we managed to fit in a few outdoor photos. What a wonderful, unique venue!  We enjoyed spending the day with Madi and Dustin and their families. All of the guests enjoyed the day too, as was evident by all of the laughter, dancing, and celebration.

Here are a few “sneak peeks” from Madi and Dustin’s big day! The rest of the images will be available next week, and Madi will have the log-in information.

Enjoy!
